- Incoming client ticket updates
- Changes made by others to your schedule
- Lunch breaks by co-workers
- Peer Reviews by co-workers
In addition, you can submit your own lunch break start/end as well as submit your own Peer Reviews.
In short, Nilear-Chat will assist in keeping your team up to date without having to be burdened with more emails or texts.
