Navu provides live chat capabilities to a website via a Sidebar widget
Navu allows you to add live chat to your website.
This allows you to respond to your website visitor's questions in real-time by connecting the chat to a Microsoft Teams channel. Having the ability to respond easily from Teams provides a convenient way to provide support and assistance.
Navu's Teams bot will notify you in a when a user is requesting a live chat.
You respond to the user by simply replying to that message.
Your replies to the thread will show up in the user's chat, and their replies in chat will show up as responses in the thread.
Note: You must need a Navu (https://navu.co/) account for your website, and connect your account to your chosen Microsoft Teams channel.
