This Office Add-in simplifies the use of special characters like the German Umlauts (äüöÜÄÖß), diacritic characters (diacritical marks) or other symbols like check marks, arrows, stars, boxes, emoticons, mathematical symbols, currency symbols and many more. Locate the required symbol by a simple clear-text search or perform a lookup by language or character subset.

You may search for a symbol manually as well:
- by entering a simple letter (e.g. a),
- by entering a short phrase (e.g. check, copyright, monkey, euro, yen),
- by locating the symbol in a language specific table,
- or by locating the symbol in a specific character subset.
Simply click on a symbol to insert it into your document.
