How it works:

Log in to Edgecom Energy's online portal or use our app to keep up with peak events. We'll also send you SMS, email, and phone alerts to ensure you're always informed about curtailment notices.

Our multi-day forecasts inform you so you can plan accordingly for curtailment with plenty of notice.

On a Peak Day

  • Day Before Standby Notice: Sent a minimum of 18 hrs before a potential curtailment.

  • Day of Stand by Notice: Sent a minimum of 6 hrs before a potential peak.

  • Curtailment Notice: Sent a minimum of 4 hrs before a potential peak.

  • Restart Notice: After the peak event has ended, a notification is sent to resume operations normally
