Business challenge

• Invoices received via Email/Paper are sent to the scanning partner for information extraction and then interfaced with workflow(VIM).
• For invoices which do not pass touchless, the invoice processing team uses translation excels, cheat sheets or google translate to understand the invoices and process it.

• Custom made language translator and information extractor translate invoices to English / desired language
• Extract the key fields from the invoice and create a file to be interfaced with the workflow
• Improve touchless posting of invoices by adding validation checks to the extracted information with PO data and Vendor master data to identify and correct anomalies
