Amazon Connect, Allworx, Asterisk, Avaya, Broadsoft, Cisco, 3CX, Dialpad, Genesys, inContact, Mitel, MS Teams, Nokia Alcatel, ShoreTel, Siemens, Switchvox and Vonage Business.

CDC Software supports Dynamics 365 on-premise and cloud that can be hosted by CDC in which case the customer does not need a premise based server. Our feature set includes screen-pop, call recording integration, voicemail integration, click2call and softphone control, call metrics, external system access, jobs engine, and reporting.
