ChangePilot provides Microsoft 365 Product and Service Owners with visibility and awareness of the breadth of change, updates and notifications within Microsoft 365.

With tenant-connection enabled*, ChangePilot collates all M365 Message Center and M365 Roadmap items from your tenant and surfaces them in a dedicated portal, as well as delivering them via email each month. Each view is configurable to your preferences; only see the changes that matter to you and your area of responsibility, and filter items by user vs admin impact and deployment dates.

Before being delivered via ChangePilot, items are reviewed via a combination of AI and HI (‘Human Intelligence’; our team of subject matter experts) to summarise, categorise and tag each one with additional information and clarity than provided by Microsoft. Additional attributes allow for advanced search and filtering to ensure the right people are seeing the right messages.

Each item also includes a link to a short video from one of our subject matter experts explaining the detail, the potential impact, and tips on what to do to ready for the change. These clips come from our monthly ‘ChangeCall’, a live event also open to all ChangePilot customers.

ChangePilot Pro builds on the visibility and awareness provided by ChangePilot, and provides a full operational workflow for managing Microsoft change.

As well as the ChangePilot email, portal and monthly ChangeCall, Pro users integrate ChangePilot in Microsoft Teams where every item is delivered to pre-defined Teams channels. This enables real-time notifications of items from ChangePilot and the ability to collaborate and discuss items via comments against each channel post.

  • The dedicated ChangePilot App bolted on to the Team enables an operational workflow to effectively manage all incoming M365 service changes. Via this custom-built interface, users can filter items by all attributes, add item notes, and allocate statuses and item owners.
  • Also included in ChangePilot Pro are Microsoft Power BI reporting packs, providing full visibility and control of all Microsoft 365 service change items and organisational ‘Change Health’.
  • ChangePilot Pro users can also configure Microsoft Service Health notifications to be delivered in real-time via the same Teams channel mechanism. Integrations are also available to automatically create ITSM tickets for each Service Health item.
