The service provides access to Sikom Contact Center instances.

The goal of the solution is to provide single sign on access to the Sikom Contact Center applications directly from the MS Teams client - so that Contact Center functions are available trough the MS Teams desktop. It combines MS Teams telephonie. own telephone service and presence services with a state of the art contact center solution.

Agents, supervisors and admin staff can use this solution as an entry in the complete world of Contact Center.
