QESuite enables you to perform advanced statistical analysis in Excel.

Unlike other advanced statistical software applications and add-ins QESuite was designed specifically for engineers and manufacturing professionals. QESuite is accessed through Excel functions (=QE.FUNCTIONNAME), which allows you to create document templates that automatically analyze your data or give you the flexibility to perform analyses without clicking buttons and navigating through countless submenus.

Capability Analysis

QESuite provides several functions that can be used to perform process capability analysis: you can evaluate all four capability indices (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) using their individual functions (QE.CP, QE.CPK, QE.PP, QE.PPK) or using the QE.CAPABILITYANALYSIS and QE.CAPABILITYREPORTto calculate the indices and generate graphs.

Measurement Systems Analysis

QESuite provides functions that perform different types of MSA such as Type I Gage Studies (QE.G1), ANOVA Gage R&R(Crossed Study) (QE.GRR), Attribute Agreement Analysis (QE.ATTRIBUTEGRR), Nested Gage R&R (QE.GRRNESTED), and more.

Normality & Non-Normal Distributions

QESuite provides a series of normality tests to help you ensure that your analysis is valid. The QESuite normality functions are: QE.ANDERSONDARLING, QE.ROYSTONSHAPIROWILK, QE.LILLIEFORS, QE.RYANJOINER, QE.JARQUEBERA, QE.KOLMOGOROVSMIRNOV, and for small sample sizes (QE.SHAPIROWILK).

QESuite also allows you to use the QE.ANDERSONDARLING function to evaluate the goodness-of-fit of your data to other distributions.

After using QE.INDIVIDUALDISTRIBUTIONIDENTIFICATION to determine the distribution of best fit, you can use QE.NONNORMALCAPABILITYREPORT to perform a non-normal capability analysis with the desired distribution.

ANOVA & DOE

Perform One-Way (QE.ANOVAONEWAY), Two-Way (QE.ANOVATWOWAY), and Nested (QE.ANOVANESTED) Analysis of Variance and generate Interval Plots(QE.INTERVALPLOT), Main Effects Plots(QE.MAINEFFECTSPLOT), Interaction Plots(QE.INTERACTIONPLOT), and post-hoc grouping analysis.

Non-Parametric

Most engineers and manufacturing professionals will never use non-parametric tests, however, QESuite was designed to enhance Excel into a useful data analytics tool and provides several non-parametric tests: QE.FRIEDMAN, QE.KRUSKALWALLIS, QE.MOODSMEDIAN, QE.MANNWHITNEYU, and more!
