OFF is a custom leave requests management system powered
by Softelligence, based on two technologies from the Microsoft Power Platform: Power
Apps and Power Automate suitable for every employee of a medium or
large company.
Due to the easy-to-use flow and the features based on the practice
of the employees, the app provides an intuitive process in a convenient visual system designed
to facilitate the registration of a leave request and the approval in just a
few minutes.
Furthermore, you can easily drill down into your request history
details available on the system.
OFF is already accessible from the Microsoft Apps
Store, just one click away. You will then reach the Menu Screen, from where you
will choose the starting point of your discovery journey based on your user role.
For example, a simple user can see 3 sections: New Leave/Vacation Request, Requests History, Summary, and Details. The direct manager can see these 3 sections and an additional one: Approve/Reject Requests and has access to all the leave requests in which he has been selected. The Admin Area can be accessed only by the employees from the HR department.
The beauty of this leave requests
management system is that it is not just a tool for the employee, but a tool
for the business. In the Admin Area which is available only to users
from the HR department, the admin user can create reports from the Leave
Requests Reports screen, based on a combination of filters, such as
company, employee name, leave type, status, month, year. The export button
activates a power automate flow that creates a CSV file containing the report
that will be automatically downloaded.
