Share files in a secure and fast way via email using the contentACCESS Document Share add-in. This add-in can connect to your mycompanyarchive.com account or your on-premise contentACCESS Archive environment. You won’t face the problem of sending huge files via email, neither the pain of managing the shared content in Dropbox, OneDrive or any other cloud storage. Just generate a link, set the expiration time and date for the shared document and the number of maximum downloads.

contentACCESS Document Share features:

• Share documents via email: You don't need to send large files as attachments in your email. Send a link pointing to the file in the secure central store instead. The link is automatically added to the body of your email.

• Open shared document: The recipient of your email can access and open original document simply by clicking on the link and downloading the file.

• Manage access to the shared document: When sharing a document, you can set the expiration date and download count limit in order to manage the access for the recipients. You can also ensure that solely the recipients of your email will be available to download the documents – they will have to authenticate themselves.

For proper functionality, your mailbox has to be registered by mycompanyarchive.com in Azure or on-premise contentACCESS Archive environment.

• This add-in can access and modify personal information in the active message, such as the body, subject, sender, recipients and attachment information. It may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
