Zoom for Outlook Extension

Does not work as of June 2025 on New Outlook on Mac. This should be clear on the site. The install through this web portal will fail. I've tried for several weeks on different machines, browsers, and even from an Android device, but none of them work.

this office store app can't be installed because it doesn't have a valid digital signature, how can i solve this problem. It happened on Microsoft Outlook Web Access / Add-in installation

Works with my primary profile only. Needs to be like Teams and work with multiple accounts (personal, education, work) to be truly useful.

As I still prefer Zoom over MS Teams meetings, I was happy I could schedule automatically when creating meetings in Outlook. You can either automate it or add it manually through the AddIn UI. The latter option is not really faster than switching over to the Zoom Desktop App and the latter become annoying because you had to login every day again. So, it would end up trying to create a meeting but get stuck, because you are not logged in. Considering MFA, this was tedious for just creating an event per day.

I have installed this app several times...New Outlook reverts back when it crashes and this app goes by the wayside. I love the concept -- whenever I set a Zoom meeting or accept an Outlook invite with a Zoom meeting, it automatically syncs into my calendar. Except when it doesn't. Once the bugs gets worked out and it works every time, it will be terrific. When I go to my Zoom client, the Outlook Zoom meetings are sometimes missing. The whole point of an extension like this is that my Zoom client and Outlook show the same things. Not always.

I installed this and it worked for a week but then just disappeared from my Outlook Mac client as if it was never installed / activated, and no amount of re-installing seems to get it to appear and work again.

Disappointed that it doesn't work with the new version of outlook.

Desperately need them to fix this so I can use for my Apple device
