Event-Based Activation Notice:

This add-in uses Outlook’s event-based activation feature to automatically run when the user:

Creates a new email message (OnNewMessageCompose), or

Creates a new calendar event or meeting (OnNewAppointmentOrganizer).

These triggers allow the add-in to automatically insert or update the user's email signature and meeting details according to company configuration.

The add-in does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or message content data during these activations.
