Tenant Optimizer

This service provides you withcomprehensive monthly reports that show you how your organization is using thevarious Microsoft 365 system and services. You can also access detailed reportsthat give you insights into user activity, device usage, app usage, licenseusage and utilization, and tenant health. You can use this information tooptimize your Microsoft 365 deployment, identify areas for improvement, andplan for future growth.

The service uses Microsoft 365 GraphAPI and tenant-level analytics to collect and analyze data from your Microsoft365 tenant. The service also leverages the Teams reporting reference and thetenant management guide to help you configure your tenant settings and optimizeyour license allocation and usage. The service is able to automaticallygenerate monthly reports you can view, download, or share with yourstakeholders. For your convenience, the analysis results are grouped intoblocks:

• general tenant information,
• security recommendations,
• licensing recommendations,
• digital transformation recommendations.
