Touchpoint Connect lets individual Outlook users log emails directly to their customer timeline.

Without leaving MS Outlook, users of Totango Touchpoint Connect will be able to:

-Search for accounts

-Select accounts and associated contact(s)

-Add selected accounts and contact information to the emails distribution list

-Record a copy of the email in the Totango platform for that account
