EasyLife 365 Mail is the newest member of our governance family. It operates on your mail environment, keeping it clean, organized, and, most importantly, self-maintaining.

Shared mailboxes, equipment and room mailboxes, and distribution lists are all assets that should be easily created by your end-users.

However, most governance tools focus on IT and require admins to act, making managing these resources yet another burden falling on your admin's shoulders.

We at EasyLife 365 believe that your admin's time is valuable, they have higher-level priorities, and they might not even have enough information about the assets to effectively manage them.

This is why at EasyLife 365 we take a completely different approach: we empower the end-user to take responsibility for their assets.

Templates and Policies

Templates control the creation experience, and we have templates for everything: shared mailboxes, equipment and room mailboxes, and distribution lists. End-users access templates to create assets in a guided, safe, and efficient way.

Policies are applied to templates and make sure these assets comply with your organizational guidelines. For example, a policy can request to define at least two owners for a resource, so that you eliminate the risk of losing access in case the creator is absent.

Both templates and policies are defined by your admins in the EasyLife 365 Administration Portal and are 100% customizable.

Lifecycle management

The lifecycle management process starts when users create new assets from a template. Depending on the template's policies, EasyLife 365 Mail will ask the owners of the asset to perform governance tasks regularly or when a change requires immediate action.
