Easy to use with some advanced capabilities
What do you like best about the product?I like the ease of use, everything is easy to use and the learning curve is not too big. It’s easy to login which is great and I also like how you can access your files from any device.What do you dislike about the product?There’s is a small learning curve with the capabilities, but this is negligible.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It is allowing me to create detailed flowcharts for operational systems within my business. This is really great as it helps me visualise these processes and can be delegated now that we have a system in place.

What do you like best about the product?Fast real-time updates and user-friendly.What do you dislike about the product?There doesnt appear to be a way to make bulk changes to chart components, so making bulk changes is cumbersome.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Providing a portal for customers to move further in the sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?The templates that are available to use are really good and it helps in reducing the effort, time and thought spent on building something from the scratch.What do you dislike about the product?The text edits do not get applied properly and lot of time goes in to readjust the font and styleWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It is a great tool for collaboration and brainstorming the ideas, planning, designing and building the tools.
Very helpful and best visual collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?It has very useful and smart collaborative options. It is intuitive tool and helps to draw flow charts and designs at ease. Sharing, integration is pretty easy. The interface is easy to understand for someone who is new to Lucid.What do you dislike about the product?I believe that's hard to say! So far I haven't had any issues with it. However, the commenting on diagram seems bit tricky or confusing to me. Maybe having it bit simpler would be nice.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I have been using it for diagramming mostly. It has been very useful and has lot of design flow options to use.
Great toolset
What do you like best about the product?I really appreciate the comprehensive symbol library and intuitive controls. Outlining high-level workflows with strong visuals is really valuable, especially when they can be shared so easily with my teammates.What do you dislike about the product?The templates are really useful but sometimes all of the functionality is a bit overwhelming. It would be great if the UX could identify what I was trying to do and make valuable suggestions. I get the sense that this tool is very powerful and I am only scratching the surface. It would be great if I had some pointers to elevate my skills.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?In the Technical Support department there is a need to visualize our knowledge base at a high level. Using Lucid helps our team do this. By visualizing knowledge-base article coverage we can more easily identify gaps and knowledge domains for easier management.
Very user friendly and interactive
What do you like best about the product?I am very new to Lucid and went into the app with little to no training. It was very easy to understand once i got the hang of it. I appreciate how it goes live immediately after, allowing for potential clients to receive real life updates on their end.What do you dislike about the product?the only down side I have is that there is quite literally a button for every potential function, which causes it to be a bit sensitive. Other than that, its been pretty easy to navigate.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?The ability to have live updates with corresponding links has been very beneficial for both business and the candidates.
Convenient product flow and user journey designs
What do you like best about the product?The best part is its ease of use. There are many tools in the market, but Lucid provides seamless usability and a user interface that is easy to interact with and learn. Secondly, the collaboration features allow me to work in parallel with my team to complete product flows and user journeys in no time.What do you dislike about the product?The one thing I want lucic team to imporove is to allow some more features in basic plan, for example there are limited export options in basic version otherwise there are no match for this tool.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Core solution is visual language, no one has the time to read text so lucic is helping me provide and visualize what matters to my clients and management.
