The format of the JIRA system is very intricate to say the least. In saying that the logical progression of what is or isn't helpful could be little better on informing the user as to what is or is not necessary to get the idea out and the proverbial ball rolling... I have used the JIRA system where I work and due to the multiple ways a co-worker deciedes to progress in a bug or blocker can be in an form they chose. I think a set of operational standards would be key for whoever plans on rolling the tool out to the employees.

Nice features but a bit slow sometimes
It's very nice to be able to see the live status of a ticket when you receive a mail that's mentioning it. Super cool that you can edit from within Outlook! It's a bit slow loading sometimes; which might remove the usefulness. (if it's faster to open a link than to have the plugin..)

Moderately useful
Why can someone not create an Outlook plug-in for Jira server that works just like the Outlook for Jira plug-in works for Jira Cloud? Just adding email to the comments field is just not that useful.
