Managing

The 9A Field Service is a solution suite that offers a set of add-on functionality on top of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack. It consists of a several apps that can be flexibly combined to make a perfect fit to our customer's industry and requirements.
General Enhancements:
- Improve the agility to meet changing customer requirements in agreement bookings and invoice setups
- Improved booking setups which dynamically follows the latest work order completion
- Facilitate structured agreement price regulations with full transparency of changes overtime and the ability to ensure profit
- Better overview of attachments related to asset without the need of finding each record
- Ability to overview whole entities on a map and see the view in a map perspective.
Improvement for Technical Service companies:
- Field Service Extension - Creating stock transactions from sales order delivery with asset registrations. Maintaining stock levels per warehouse and create purchase orders based on a purchase advise. Create purchase order from sales order. Maintain agreement products and create agreements from sales order. Assembly and disassembly products.
- Field Service Consumption - Defining variable and fixed products within a contract, whereby extra (variable) costs can be charged to a customer based on consumption.
- Project Operations - Maintaining project settings (like resource may write on alle projects, project is mandatory) on bookable resources for time entry. Maintaining time entry settings on bookable resource for submitted timesheets. Create journal entries for Work in Progress when time entries are approved.
- Product Bundles - Create product bundles which replaces the standard product bundles from Microsoft.
- Business Central Connector - Replication of records between CE and BC based on Azure.
