ShareControl Transparency

Software for handling the Norwegian Transparency Act.

ShareControl Transparency helps you with systematic handling of compliance requirements in the Norwegian Transparency Act. The system allows you to import all suppliers, before you systematically collect and store data on each individual supplier. Carry out due diligence assessments on the basis of the data obtained and set up reporting for the report. The report can be quickly and easily generated as a PDF.

With ShareControl Transparency, you can easily import complete lists of your suppliers and associated data such as country, industry, financial data and more. ShareControl Transparency comes with a clear integration to Microsoft Dynamics products that use Dataverse, but we also help with imports from other accounting solutions.

With ShareControl Transparency you get:

Technical information: ShareControl Transparency is built on the Power Platform in Microsoft, which ensures high flexibility and tailored solutions for the customer's needs. The data is stored on the customers' own Microsoft tenant, which meets the requirements of GDPR and data security. Integrations exist for Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365 and Power BI, among others. ShareControl Transparency has a user-friendly user interface and provides the necessary structure you need to meet the requirements of the Transparency Act.
