Panera for Outlook

MyPanera customers can now order Panera Catering through Outlook! With Panera's new Add-in tool, clients will enjoy convenient, easy meeting planning – complete with perfectly sized meals based on their number of attendees. The add-in allows MyPanera customers to order Popular Bundles from Panera Catering within an Outlook calendar invite when setting up a meeting invitation.

To get started, the customer will need to download and add "Panera for Outlook," which will appear in the ribbon menu at the top of Outlook.

To Use the Add-in, customers will click on the Panera icon after adding all meeting invite details and a side panel will open in their Outlook. The customer will be prompted to sign in to their MyPanera account.

Once signed in, it's a few simple clicks to adjust the order delivery time or number of diners (if required), select your desired bundle and check out using your saved method of payment. It's that simple!

With this new feature, Panera Catering is making planning easy and stress-free - enabling clients to set up meal-time meetings in just minutes.

• Meeting organizers can place Panera Catering orders directly from Outlook - saving time and improving efficiency.

• The tool will automatically set up all details for an order using the calendar invite time, date and number of recipients – and all information can easily be edited, if needed.

• Panera's Popular Bundles provide just the right amount of food based on the number of attendees.

• All order information is easily shared with the people on the Outlook invitation.

Client Requirements to use the Panera for Outlook Add-in tool

In order to take advantage of the Panera for Outlook tool, all clients must know the following:

• The customer must be a MyPanera member with a saved delivery address and a valid, stored method of payment in the form of a Credit or debit card.

• Customer can redeem any available rewards.

• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on ‘Panera for Outlook' orders.

• Only ‘Delivery’ is currently available, Pick Up orders are not supported.

• Customers can only order Popular Bundles (no customization of orders is available).

• Panera for Outlook cannot be used for ordering through mobile.

There are changes to my meeting – Date, Time and/or Diner?

• On the Panera Catering homepage under My Orders. Click "Modify" if you’d like to make changes to your order.

• Take required steps from there based on the changes you want.
