Burnout-Zero, also known as BOZ, is a comprehensive workplace culture platform that includes tools such as micro-surveys, customized surveys, in-depth surveys, anonymous feedback requests, peer recognition requests and random meetings among predefined groups.

Requirements:

The solution operates through software managed by the tool's administrator, who must have the necessary permissions from Teams to grant access to channels on behalf of BOZ. The administrator must schedule events that will be automatically sent to the designated Teams channel. The "collaborators" receiving these events simply operate from the Teams channel created for BOZ. There are no limitations or restrictions; the administrator controls access.

The Full plan includes all of the above plus additional modules. Finally, the Enterprise plan encompasses everything from the previous plans along with dedicated support and 24/7 assistance.

Trial Pilot:

BOZ offers a trial pilot with no commitment or payment required, granting full access to all modules for a 21-day period. If, at the end of this period, you decide to continue using BOZ, you will need to pay for the selected plan. If you choose to discontinue the service, no action is required, and the service will automatically terminate.
