By integrating SmartFlow with Microsoft Teams, it becomes even easier to use SmartFlow as, approval requests are notified to the Microsoft Teams chat, and users can check the contents of the notification and proceed with the approval. The user will be notified when an application is approved or returned, making it easier to track the progress and preventing omissions.
