Dynamics CRM provides an activity pane which is an amazing placeholder to display all customer interactions in one place. But it has its own limitations, so many times, we want the users to view activities and notes together or perform quick search within activities or filter and show only specific activities or simply showcase the activities in more interactive manner. Single contextual view:
Single Integrated View to view various activities and notes in a single pane. The view provides visually appealing insightful view with icons and colours encouraging users to contribute more.
Visually appealing and Interactive:
You will have to agree that default activity timeline is a bit mundane and CRM is all about engaging. So, we wanted to attract and encourage users to engage & contribute using a more visually appealing view.
Search and Filter:
Search and Filter provides activity filter allowing users the ability to only view certain types of activity and search within activities. It also has the capability to search within all or specific entities.
