Here's how it works:
1. Whenever employees face a challenge or have a question, they can anonymously submit it to our app.
2. Our AI algorithm identifies the right person in the organization that is available and can help, and connects the two employees through Microsoft Teams.
3. Once a challenge is resolved, the person who helped to solve it receives positive recognition and is able to showcase their expertise.
4. Managers receive weekly reports around the most common challenges and questions employees have.
