We believe that having the right templates at your fingertips when working with Microsoft Teams on any platform or device will make each employee within an organization more productive. That is why we created this modern Template Chooser Add-In for Office, Teams, and SharePoint, offering each member of your organization access to your templates right within Teams.
Once launched, it will present a list of available templates. Creating a new document is as simple as clicking on one of the listed templates. Templates can be organized in multiple libraries to reflect your organizational needs best. Publishing templates for your entire organization is as easy as uploading a template file to a SharePoint Online library. SharePoint will also allow you to manage access rights to confidential templates where needed easily. Optionally, personal templates can be stored in OneDrive or OneDrive for Business.
The Template Chooser is a simple and smart way to publish and manage your Office templates. It is available as a service globally and runs in Teams (and in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint).
