Team Requirements/Scope:
A. Technical Manager: Responsible for overseeing the technical development of the Velocity Learning Management System. This person should have experience in software development, be familiar with cloud-based SaaS platforms, and have experience with Microsoft product solutions.
B. VP of Engineering: Responsible for leading the technical team in the development of the Velocity Learning Management System. This person should have experience managing technical teams, be familiar with cloud-based SaaS platforms, and have experience with Microsoft product solutions.
C. Project Manager: Responsible for overseeing the project management of the development of the Velocity Learning Management System. This person should have experience in project management, be familiar with agile development methodologies, and have experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
D. Developers: Responsible for the technical development of the Velocity Learning Management System. These individuals should have experience in software development, be familiar with cloud-based SaaS platforms, and have experience with Microsoft product solutions.

The Velocity Learning Management System should be developed using cloud-based SaaS technology.
The Velocity Learning Management System should be compatible with Microsoft product solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
