Business Card Scanner: Extract personal contact information from business cards via an easy photo. when your conversation partner is handing over his business card, you can just take a photo and all information is extracted and attached to the visit report you are filling in.
CRM integration: snapADDY VisitReport offers a fully integrated experience for your Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Get your visit reports automatically mapped to your own instance.
Offline availability: Being in the field service or at a trade fair often means that your internet connection is not sufficient. Therefore, our software still works being offline. It gathers all reports - while being offline - and sends them when the connections is sufficient again.
Individual mapping: We offer an individual mapping as a service for snapADDY Grabber relating to the connection to your individual Microsoft Dynamics instance. When you are using individual fields and values you can still map them to a certain question that you have configured in the Template Configurator. Dashboard: The Dashboard is used to gather all visit reports and is often accessed during a trade fair from the back office. All reports can be seen and sent to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM instance from here. Furthermore, some basic statistics about reports and activities can be analyzed here.
