It is a SharePoint App which let's you apply Angularjs template on SharePoint list items using REST URL. All of this through configuration.

The App consists of a configuration list which let's you configure Unique key for the configuration (so that multiple configurations can be used across the site), REST URL - here you specify list REST url, Angularjs Template - specify how you want your items to be rendered using Angularjs template. The configuration list also let's you configure additional scripts & css & plugin calls you might want to add to the page to enhance the Items rendering experience.
