Most important tool in my support toolkit
What do you like best about the product?Splashtop Remote Support makes it incredibly easy to access and control my clients’ Macs, iPhones, and iPads with a fast, stable connection. I love how seamless it is to provide support without requiring much setup on their end.What do you dislike about the product?Very little that I can think of. This product just works.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Splashtop Remote Support solves the challenge of providing quick, reliable remote assistance to clients without needing to be onsite. It saves me time, reduces travel, and allows me to troubleshoot issues or walk clients through steps in real time—even on iPhones and iPads.

Splashtop was the best tool we found. It also was cost effective.

What do you like best about the product?it is easy to use and simple to deploy. You can even customize the app with your own branding.What do you dislike about the product?Some way to execute without the end-user having to download and install would be good.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?With an increasing number of staff working remote or back on the road, it allows our technical team to provide support anytime, anywhere.
Secure and easy to use remote support software
What do you like best about the product?It is simple to use and I can quickly and easily handle multiple help requests at a time. Installing on my network was quick and painless. I use it every day, throughout the day. I also love the new features for endpoint management that allow me to keep up with patch management.What do you dislike about the product?There is nothing I dislike, but I am looking forward to more capabilities to set updates for our most commonly used programs.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I support 105 endpoints across 3 offices as well as being responsible for software patching and updates. With Splashtop, I am able to remotely support our employees where previously I had to travel to offices. I am also able to set the updates for Windows, Chrome, and Adobe to run on a schedule where previously I had to manually update each endpoint. This has allowed me to focus on other tasks. I also like the software inventory that helps me see what programs are on an endpoint and whether they are updated or in need of patching.
Decent product with good reliability
What do you like best about the product?I appreciate how easy it is to use and deploy. The only time I needed to contact customer support they were helpful. As something I use daily to support remote sites it has everything I need and actually does more than I might require.What do you dislike about the product?The file transfer can feel a little clunky and the device status doesnt update as fast as i might like, showing as offline when its on or the other way around.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Its helping me to quickily and easily remote in to support users who need it. I can also deploy software and windows updates on a schedule which keeps me on top of things.

Easy to learn and works well with our remote positions.What do you dislike about the product?Cannot think of a downside to the rogram.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Splashtop assists with our remote positions making ease of access to onsite computers and allowing for excellent productivity.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?This was recommended to me by a colleague. I got the business edition and it is great for connecting to co-workers that are having issues with their computers. I just logged on and take a look around. We have 6 companies and a couple of them are 6 hour round trip away, so it is nice to be able to connect to their computer and help them with a problem.What do you dislike about the product?Sometimes I have trouble connecting to the computer because it is asleep and won't wake up or the person on the other end has deleted the program. I would like to see if there was a way to lock them from removing the program or changing the login information.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We are having a lot of new employees rotate in our company, so needing to change out information on the computer to the new employee coming in and it nice to be able to connect to it and do what I need to do when they are so far away. It has been a great tool for me.

An affordable way to help your clients
What do you like best about the product?I have used this program for a number of years. In fact, every time I service a computer I install it on the client's desktop. It saves me time and mileage and allows me to help my clients in a timely manner instead of arranging for an on-site visit at some time in the future.
The interface is easy to use and has rarely failed me.What do you dislike about the product?There are some featured of more expensive programs that I have used in the past, but I just don't worry about them since using Splashtop.
On rare occasions I can see the client's computer but the program will just not connect to it. Tech support has helped me a bit, but in some cases I find that the only solution is to use another program or to go onsite.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Mostly I am called for diagnosing a Windows problem or use of other software. Occasionally I need to download anti-malware software and scan systems. I also have used it to install anti-malware software as well as running system updates.
Occasionally I use it to show clients how to use their software.
