Limitations, conditions and exceptions
- In order to use this app, you need to have an active account. Please <support@zervise.com> our support team for more details.
- For the Zervise tab to be accessible to an account, that account must be a member of the team.
- All members added to a team need to access the Zervise tab at least once for their account to be added as an “User” inside Zervise.
- Whoever is installing Zervise to a team for the first time will be given the “Owner” role. This can be later changed from the Settings page of Zervise by the current Owner.
- Zervise AI Bot’s knowledge is restricted to the published Knowledgebase articles created specifically for Users in your Zervise subdomain
