Visitors Management

Its a Visitors Management System that allows you to manage the lifecycle of visits of your customers, citizens and partners to your organization. It allows organizations to better control visits starting from issuing visit permits till tracking visitors departure from organization’s premises.

In order to achieve that, the system provides three applications:

1- Tablet/Mobile app to enable visitors to self-register, check-in and check-out at the organization premises

2- Web portal to enable visitors to request visit permit

3- CDS based back-end to allow organization staff to manage visit requests and monitor visitors information

The system has many features that:

1- Provide visitors a self-registration capability through the web portal or on-premise tablet app

2- Allow visitors to plan their visit and ask for a visit permit before arrival. It also allows ad-hoc/unplanned visits and walk-ins where visitors can add their visit information using the on-premise tablet app

3- Enable visitors to upload their documents for verification

4- Verify visitors information through QR and/or PIN codes

5- Monitor visitors check-in and check-out information

6- Allow administration to approve or reject visit permits through revising visitors information and documents

7- Provide dashboards and reports with all visits and visitors information
