Service collaboration platform to accelerate speed to fix
Collabtic is empowering organizations to deliver on their customer service promise. Collabtic platform turns your service conversations and field-data in to deep knowledge, driving speed and performance across the organization.
Users post their service challenge in the platform and get responses from their colleagues and managers to help resolve the issue. The issue and resolution are neatly organized by product, error code, title and description. Users can also be organized by groups called workstreams. This allows the business to better organize their knowledgebase by target users such as North Region Team, or Special Product Line or Residential Equipment, etc. Collabtic helps reduce or eliminate cluttered discussions within emails and build an easy to understand fix knowledgebase for quicker reference in the field.
Collabtic is used by Field Service Organizations in variety of Industry domains such as automotive, printing/imaging, industrial equipment, etc.
In order to use Collabtic within Microsoft Teams, an account is also needed to be setup in the Collabtic platform outside of Microsoft Teams. Refer to collabtic.com for more information. Please refer to collabtic.com/pricing for free and paid account types.
