Mental Note is an AI-powered chat assistant that helps mental health professionals such as psychologists, psychiatrists and clinical social workers generate accurate and professional progress notes and clinical notes quickly.
You can provide the Mental Note Assistant with high-level notes which it will then structure into detailed clinical notes in SOAP format. It can also generate reports in other formats such as DAP, PIRP, SIRP, GIRP, BIRP and PIE. You can also upload documents and recordings of your sessions to Mental Note and it will take care of all the documentation for you.
Our add-in seamlessly integrates with MS Word and uses advanced AI technology that has been fine-tuned on a set of clinical notes specifically for medical use. We are 100% HIPAA compliant and do not store any patient data.
