Overview

Bizagi Web Parts let SharePoint administrators embed components of the Bizagi Work Portal into SharePoint online pages. This package includes three different Web Parts that can be used for the following purposes by SharePoint and Bizagi end-users: Create new cases of Bizagi processes, see the list of cases where you have pending tasks, and see your inbox.

Considerations

You need to have an active Bizagi subscription and follow the set up documentation before using the webparts

Bizagi Web Parts are supported for the Bizagi version 12 or above

Users must exist in both SharePoint and Bizagi’ Work Portal

Configuration Steps

You need to follow these steps to setup the Bizagi Web Parts:

1. Setup Bizagi Studio

2. Configure Azure AD as your identity provider

3. Install the WebParts in SharePoint

4. Add the WebParts in your SharePoint Pages
