The Add-In syncs Outlook™ activity such as emails or contacts with the OPERA Cloud environment.
The Clairvoyix OPERA Cloud Sync for Outlook™ Add-In is an enterprise class application designed to synchronize certain sales related activities initiated within Outlook™ with the OPERA Cloud Sales and Event Management system, thereby eliminating many redundant tasks such as logging Outlook™ email activity or Outlook™ contact information in OPERA Cloud. The CVX OPERA Cloud Add-in will not function unless the user's organization is a current OPERA Cloud client. The Add-In is an affordable productivity tool that will save property sales and marketing personnel a significant amount of time. The Add-in is free to download from the Marketplace, and only requires the Clairvoyix "OHIP Bridge" license required for the Add-In to communicate with a users OPERA Cloud Sales and Event Management system. The Clairvoyix OHIP Bridge is available from Clairvoyix for less than $20 per user per month.
The Clairvoyix OPERA Cloud Sync for Outlook™ is designed to work seamlessly with your property's existing OPERA Cloud installation. When you first download the Add-In you will need to work with your OPERA Cloud administrator to have the proper OPERA Cloud credentials entered and validated before you can use the Add-In. This is a one-time process and typically takes less than 10 minutes to accomplish.
