Pioneera's Indie consists of the Indie Enterprise App and this Indie Microsoft Teams notification bot (this app). The Indie Enterprise App integrates with Microsoft Teams and uses AI with [Natural Language Processing, Sentiment analysis and behavioural psychology pattern recognition](https://pioneera.com/science) to assess your communications. These assessments are then used to send you proactive tips (via this Indie Teams notification bot) to help reduce stress and prevent burnout by improving your wellbeing and productivity at work.

**Features of Indie Teams notification bot**

- Receives messages containing tips from the Indie Enterprise App service and notifies the user in Teams chat.

**Conditions of use & Limitations**

- Your workplace admin needs to install the Indie Enterprise App, configure data sources (email and chat) and enable user access to the Indie service via the Indie admin settings page in the Indie Dashboard. If your Microsoft teams is configured for admins to approve any app installs, then your admin also needs to enable users to install this Indie Teams notification bot in their Microsoft teams. - Users need to receive an email invitation to use Indie with a link to opt in and then provide consent for Indie to work with them.

- Indie will normally take two weeks (10 business days) and at least 50 messages to understand the user language and daily patterns well enough to start sending insights based tips. Indie uses 7 days of the users historic messages to help speed this up, but you shouldn't expect to receive nudges until after 2 weeks. This can be reduced in time by special request to support.
