This add-in can connect to your contentACCESS Cloud account or your on-premise contentACCESS Archive environment. We provide an easy way to manually archive and restore your messages to a single, secure and well-structured archive.

Add-in features:

• Archive - Store emails in a single, secure and well-structured archive. You can save a lot of space by creating shortcuts pointing to the archived documents.

• Open the original email.

• Open the attachments.

• Restore - You can restore the original email back to your mailbox.

• Search the archive – Find archived emails and documents by using full-text search directly in Outlook, OWA or even on your mobile device.

• Attach an archived email: You can open or attach an archived email or attachment to a mail you would like to send.

For proper functionality, your mailbox has to be processed by contentACCESS Cloud in Azure or on-premise contentACCESS Archive environment.

Add-in capabilities

When this add-in is used, it

• Can send data over the Internet.

• Can read or modify the content of any item in your mailbox and create new items. The add-in can access personal information -- such as the body, subject, sender, recipients, or attachments -- in any message or calendar item. It may send this data to a third-party service.
