Efficient approval of orders submitted via Matrix42 Self Service Portal

The M42 Approvals application seamlessly integrates Microsoft Teams with Matrix42 Self Service Portal, streamlining the approval process specifically for decision-makers within Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management (ESM) who hold an 'Approvals' role.

To utilize this app, ensure your Matrix42 ESM solution is licensed under Matrix42 ITSM Advanced or Matrix42 ITSM Enterprise subscription. Additionally, you should have the Matrix42 Approvals extension installed from the Matrix42 Extension Gallery.

With M42 Approvals, users in the 'Decision-Makers' role can:

  • View all assigned Matrix42 Self Service Portal orders

  • Approve and decline orders individually and in bulk

  • Directly open any order in Matrix42 Self Service Portal
