Search Egnyte empowers users to effortlessly retrieve key insights and summaries from Egnyte-stored files, all within the Microsoft 365 Copilot interface. With a simple prompt in the Copilot tab, users can ask questions, and generate concise responses, along with links to the source files for easy access. This streamlined approach eliminates the need to switch between platforms, making it easier to find relevant information and boosting productivity. The integration strictly follows Egnyte’s permission model, so users only access content they are authorized to view, guaranteeing compliance with organizational security policies.

In order to use this app an Egnyte account is required. User must autenticate in Microsoft Teams to Egnyte with user credentials.
