- HR Data from ADP-SOR to D365FO to ADP-SOR: Changes/additions made to employee demographics, contact information, logistics information, employment, departments and business unit, position assignment, position hierarchy and worker/position termination is synchronized through a schedulable operation for all legal entities. ADP allows limited set of data to be pushed back to ADP’s system of records. Thus our product is able to push some name, address, contacts, and other demographics
- Worker on-boarding and termination: Workers created in D365FO can be hired in ADP using a single click. Workers terminated in D365FO are automatically terminated in ADP
- User and user relation: For each worker, users and user/worker relation can be created (configurable). Also, on worker termination, the user gets disabled in D365FO
