EBIS Holiday App

EBIS Holiday App was created for Employees and their Managers to facilitate the management of leave requests at work.

The main uses of the EBIS Holiday App

From the Employee's point of view it allows:

· submission of various leave requests directly to the Manager (annual, at request, compassionate, unpaid, work training)

· addition of commentary (e.g. indication of people replacing us during our leave or highlighting reasons)

· modifications & control of leave calendar

From the Manager's point of view it allows::

· Acceptance/Rejection of leave requests

· Addition of commentary (e.g. arguments for refusal or request for a shift of dates)

· Control of team’s leave calendar

Based on Azure Active Directory the EBIS Holiday App allows to fully reflect the hierarchy of the organization. The whole process is: connected via Power Automate and monitored in Power Apps & Power BI. Current statuses and historically submitted requests are stored in the SharePoint list.

Again the main purpose of the EBIS Holiday App is to let your organization quickly and user-friendly automate the process of requesting and controlling Employees' leaves by their Managers. The App works by default in English but as well as in the case of its licensing it depends on the scale of your organization and individual approach.
