Pegasus is a webapp for ophthalmologists and optometrists. Accessible via a common web browser, Pegasus receives colour fundus images and OCT volumes of a patient's macula, offering detailed information on signs of a multitude of optical diseases, with specialist-level accuracy, in only a few seconds.
Device agnostic, Pegasus is compatible with almost any colour funduscope or OCT device, returning a PDF report on the imagery submitted complete with detailed bespoke visual aids, heatmaps and grading for conditions such as Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, Age-related Macular Degeneration (both wet and dry) and Diabetic Macular Edema, among others, with specific feature detection, to show users what the A.I. is thinking and where it is looking. Pegasus speeds up screening and reduces false positives, lowering the requirement for specialist hours spent in screening and empowering specialists to spend their time actually treating those who truly need it.
