The SOP Management App serves as a robust add-on, specifically crafted to optimize the SOP assignment process within teams while facilitating the tracking of SOP completion. This application streamlines the entire lifecycle of SOPs, from creation to assignment to team members.
Additionally, it provides a centralized dashboard for a comprehensive view of all assigned SOPs, allowing users to monitor the status of each assignment efficiently.

Key features:

  • SOP creation: Admin can easily create new SOP in the app. This newly created SOP will be visible to all the users in the SOP repository.

  • AssignedSOP: Under the “My Team Progress” tab, the reporting manager can assign SOPs to his/her team members.

  • CopyAssigned SOPs: The Reporting manager can select any team member who can copy his/her assigned SOPs to another team member.

  • ReadSOP: Under“My Dashboard” the user reads the assigned SOP and once the SOP is read, the user can mark the SOP as completed.

  • TrackSOP: Under “MyDashboard” the user can view all the assigned SOPs with their status like assigned, in progress, and completed.

  • OverdueSOPs: If any SOP crosses the overdue date, then the SOP is marked as “Overdue” under “My dashboard”.

  • TeamProgress: The reporting manager under “My Team progress” can check all the team members' progress on assigned SOPs.
