Cloudlas Help Desk Portal is a SharePoint hosted add-in exclusively developed for SharePoint/Office 365 customers where you can create/track your support tickets.
From the top bar 'New ticket' user can create a support/issue ticket and assign it to a user/group who is responsible to handle it. Users can set status and priority for the tickets and the associated people get notified at every changes happen to the ticket.
