snapADDY Assistant is the answer to the tedious and annoying maintenance of your Outlook address book! The in the basic version completely free helper ensures that you no longer have to add or change contacts in the Outlook address book by yourself.

The wizard uses snapADDY's intelligent algorithm to check incoming emails for contact information represented in text and signatures. Therefore, every time you receive a mail, incoming signatures are checked. The recognized data values are compared with your address book in Outlook and differentiated into completely new contacts and contacts with more current data that are going to be updated.
