The add-in allows you to book resources from anny in your organization directly via Outlook.

Managing and booking resources can be a time-consuming and tedious task, especially when these processes are spread across multiple platforms. Switching between different applications and tools can not only lead to a loss of productivity, but also increase the risk of errors and double bookings.

anny's add-in for outlook is a seamless integration that allows a company's meeting rooms and resources to be booked directly in Outlook. This feature is designed to make the process of room booking and resource management more efficient and user-friendly.

It is useful for large organizations that use Outlook as a central system and are looking for a simple solution for bookings.

The Outlook add-in works as follows:

You create a new meeting, set the time and add the participants. You then open the add-in in the Outlook sidebar and search for available rooms that meet your requirements. In the add-in, you can filter the rooms according to availability and certain criteria, such as size or technical equipment. With just one click, you can book the room, make sure there are no double bookings and even add additional options such as catering if required.

Our add-in uses SmartAlerts and LaunchEvents to improve your booking experience. If there are any problems with the booking, you will get a smart alert. Furthermore, we are using the launch events to finalize your booking, before the entry is created inside Outlook.
