Acknowledge is a 'SharePoint Webpart', 'SharePoint Full Page', 'Teams Tab' or ‘Teams Personal App’. A free user productivity extension for Read and Understood for SharePoint Online (WA200007564).

To use this app, you need to have a ‘Read and Understood for SharePoint Online’ active subscription.

Acknowledge

Acknowledge provides a modern single place for users to review all their acknowledgement reading requests in their M365 App of choice.

It can be used to complement or replace the use of email by Read and Understood for SharePoint Online and Teams to notify employees of acknowledgement reading requests. By showing the authenticated user all their acknowledgement reading requests for documents in a consolidated view.

As a Microsoft 365 app, Acknowledge integrates into Outlook, Teams and SharePoint so employees can choose their preferred application(s) to manage their acknowledgements.

When added to Teams, Activity notifications are received informing users of:

• Important acknowledgement reading requests that require immediate attention
• New acknowledgement reading requests for new and update documents
• Reminder that they have outstanding acknowledgement reading requests
• Acknowledgement requests that are ending soon

Filter options in Acknowledge make it easy and quick to locate the requests being highlighted by Teams activities

Installation

IMPORTANT: Acknowledge requires the installation of Read and Understood for SharePoint Online’.
