App does not work anymore

This app simply does not work anymore. When you click "get it now" it will prompt you to open teams and add the app to a channel. After this you cannot find the app under "connectors". If you try searching it will simply not appear. The app appears installed on your channel but there is no way to configure it.

Just doesnt work

Atlassian should remove this from their integrations list. I don't know who was responsible for the app before, but this is simply forgotten garbage at this point.

Teams Connector missing

Can anyone verify if this connector is still working? We can ad the App to a channel but when we go to add the connector, it doesn't show up in the list.

Hopefully someone sees this! My name is Zach, and I work on the Statuspage support team. I've attempted contacting Microsoft support several times and haven't gotten any help. So hopefully the following will be helpful to others out there - 1. We've had customers report that there is an issue with Teams removing the first letter of a configured pages URL when messaging a given channel. 2. There is incorrect branding on the integration itself that needs to be updated. We no longer use camel casing, and there has been an update to our branding. 3. Why is statuspage.io listed as the support contact URL on the listed integration, when the same marketplace listing shows the app is published by Microsoft Teams Ecosystem? This has caused some issues for our mutual customers, because we don't have a method of updating an integration we don't maintain the code for. From the looks of it, Microsoft created this as an MVP and hasn't made any efforts to maintain it. Not as nice as the Slack integration with StatusPage.

The Slack integration allows you to receive notifications on events (for which you can configure some filtering). This connector will receive notifications just as any other subscriber. There is also a bug in what is posted to Teams under the Activity Feed. The title of the feed item (in the left pane, not the post itself) has a letter cut off. Example feed item: MyTeam > MyChannel something's component updated In the above example, the "s" of "something's" is always missing (it's definitely not on any StatusPage config). It would be nice to know how this information is constructed. The "Unsubscribe" potential action should also be removed. Anyone receiving these notifications in a Teams channel should not be able to remove them just by clicking the button. That is personal action, not meant for a channel (i.e. team-wide) action.

Atlassian tools are solid and tranfromative.

Our team has been using Atlassian tools for over seven years and not once have we had an issue with them. StatusPage has been no different, and even though it's a fairly recently acquired asset for Atlassian, it too lives up to the brand quality we expect.
