A very convenient app and complements what is missing in Outlook
Improves Productivity
What do you like best about the product?Optimization is easy to use saves you a lot of time and is more efficient by scheduling your emails at different times respectivelyWhat do you dislike about the product?Maybe allow us to add Different time Zones to schedule and route the emailsWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?boomerang makes it easy for me to schedule responses and send emails. It has saved me many times with a reminder for a grant deadline in the nick of time!
Easy tool to schedule meetings
What do you like best about the product?easy to use and user-friendly. I used it a few times and had questions about the product but customer support was helpfulWhat do you dislike about the product?I think the number of features is too confusing at first but maybe it is just a way of getting used to itWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?i can now get better reminders for my appointments and this makes my work life easier

What do you like best about the product?It truly speeds up my time to get things done like sending out emails and scheduling people or meetings. Terrible Installation
Worthless. Can't figure out how to install it on Office 365 for Mac.
Great tool to manage your emails better
What do you like best about the product?I will not miss to follow up with a client or internal message ever again!What do you dislike about the product?It loads a bit slow sometimes, and it would be nice if the scheduling feature remembered your last chosen time that day (in case you are following up on a batch of emails).What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Helping to ensure we receive the information from clients promptly and that the missing items are followed up regularly. Helping to manage the email more effectively and schedule online appointments as well as being reminded of the appointments.

What do you like best about the product?Easy to use, it connects with your calendar, and its customizableWhat do you dislike about the product?Some features are paid and the live calendar only works with the in built 'send now' button.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Meeting participants can choose the time slot as per their availability, reduces the back and forth.
I have also used it for email reminder for follow ups.
Easy to use scheduling system
What do you like best about the product?I was looking for an easy free way to schedule meetings and found that with Boomerang! It's easy to create new schedules and I love how it automatically generates a zoom invitation. The plug-in was very easy to add to my outlook desktop app. I use it multiple times per week and have been told by invitees that it is very easy to use.What do you dislike about the product?Sometimes the "send" button doesn't always work right away.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Easy eay to schedule meetings with external partners.
I'm a total fan of Boomerang!
What do you like best about the product?I love that there is an integration with my calendar that I can use not only to set my availability for clients to pick time to meet with me, but it customizable so I can pick how long I want my meetings to last, I can have multiple calendar types and I can put buffer time in between, very handy! I just about use Boomerang EVERYDAY!What do you dislike about the product?I can not think of anything I dislike; it works!What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Making appintments easier to schedule with visible options for days and times that go out for months is essential when working with mulitple clients in different time zones with other priorites - its makes it easy for me and them!
